Nov 2nd - A good turn out of members witnessed the Chairman's successful attempt at the AGM speed record (0 to less than 60 minutes!)

Both he, the secretary and the treasurer informed everyone that thanks to the members the club was in a good financial state and there would be no increase to membership fees. There being no new nominations for the committee, the existing committee was re- elected unopposed for 2009/2010. Thanks to everyone who attended and here's to another

successful year!

Nov 11th - The penultimate luncheon club of 2009 saw a the usual good turn out of members (but only 3 "real vehicles"!) who enjoyed the hospitality of THE DOG INN, Over Peover. Can anyone tell me why this pub, which for years was called THE GAY DOG INN has changed its name?
